i "finished" making the character data for chapter one so kinda bone headed of me to make the levels then the characters but beyond that all that is left for chapter 1 is 1.5 dungeons a side quest and the more accessible mobile controls as of this week i am also doing bi weekly video updates on my youtube channel that will be up around 1-3 ish today depends on how my computer likes the video recording software

Looks like for March 15th deadline isn't happening yet and might get pushed back to like the 25th due to some unforeseen events that we're kind of foreseeing but I was an idiot I started a YouTube channel where I will be making video weekly updates and I will add a link to that YouTube channel to my Newgrounds I plan on using the YouTube channel to show weekly things about the game and any other dumb stuff I do with my modded Wii so check that out if you're interested

I am releasing a patch that fixes free of the bugs that I encountered it also adds in a few things that are currently unimplemented and will be implemented with the chapter 1 update

Bug squash are little Bongo being killable via a fire bombs completely messing up his event

Fix a possible softlock in the library

And made the ghost in the Forgotten town despawn after his event

Launch chapter 0 day before yesterday but it is still under judgment so I don't know when it's going to get out of judgement I don't know if it's normal for a game to be in judgement for 2 days but I've already started working on fixing some of the issues I found completely rebuild the database and now at the time of writing list tile mapping one of the dungeons for chapter 1 all in all I think hopefully I can get chapter one done by March 15th cuz my birthday is March 16th and I'm thinking of posting a update on March 16th as a birthday present to everyone because March 16th is my birthday that's if I can get chapter one done by then I'm also working on picking music for all the chapter 0 locations should have already done that but you live you learn and I will not be able to work on it for like 2 days after March 16th cuz I'll be busy dealing with all kinds of crap so expect chapter one around mid-march cuz it's looking like it'll be smooth sailing from here on out

Recap of a lot of the previous updates with a bit of new news

In light of recent world events which I will not dive into might cancel or delay the full game as I don't know if I'm going to get drafted or not I hope not but if I get drafted and die the project is dead also on a similar note due to a bug / error with RPG Maker new equipment types were unable to be added so I had to make the orbs accessories for chapter 0 that will change with the chapter 1 update which hopefully will not break saves I'm having to manually copy but database from the old project filed into the new database I was able to just drag all the maps and events in copy and paste for the win so progress will continue it might delay chapter 1 from the original March 25th release date to like March 30th I've almost got the entire database rebuilt in the second project file also chapter 0 drops tomorrow and like to put a note on it I said if you run into any bugs or errors tell me the p.m. DM message me hunt down my Twitter account and send me a message go to my Reddit track down my personal email and send it to me don't do that last one but if you find any bugs please for the love of insert your religious figure of choice tell me if you got any errors or inconsistencies or bugs or grammar checks oh by the way the official launch time cuz I really hate it when gamedev don't tell you what time the game is dropping like I once stayed up all night waiting for the Borderlands 3 DLC to drop just to find out it wasn't dropping until later on that day so I'll tell you it's dropping at 12:30 Central Standard Time he'll probably be stuck in the voting system for a day or so but on my end it's being published 12:30 Central Standard Time 1:30 EST tomorrow

This week has been a great week for the project as far as the black board or white board I am not discriminatory in color of metaphorical boards and I have decided on a release day for the chapters Vigoro demo and my plan is to hopefully crank out one chapter a month provided life doesn't throw me some massive curveball or I don't get clotheslined into the 5th Dimension by a pan dimensional orangutan traveling along and unseen access so all that's really left to do for chapter 0 is 2 make sure everything is working make sure the wall Collision is working all that's left to do is try the sausage and hope I didn't leave a bone in it projected release date for chapter 0 is February 25th provided all goes according to plan which it most likely wont I know March is going to be hectic due to my 18th birthday and all sorts of stuff happening then so the sooner I can get chapters we rode on the sooner I can start work on chapter 1 which will be the forgotten mines and ancient cities

So to reiterate chapter 0 is hopefully dropping on the 25th and after that chapter one will be the ancient mines and forgotten City which is what you all voted on when I did that Reddit survey
